Follow these steps to access and complete your video consultation:
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Log in to your ZipHealth account. Once logged in, click ‘Account’ in the top right corner to access your Account Dashboard.
Step 2: Choose How You’d Like to Connect

Click ‘Book a Call’ to schedule a video consultation at a time that works for you or select 'Connect with a clinician now' to see about instance consultation. (Availability is not guaranteed.) If you book a call later, you'll receive an email similar to the one below once it's booked. You can use that link to join at the time stated in the email. [Image A]

Alternatively, check ‘Order History’ to see if the Waiting Room option is available for same-day consultation with a licensed prescriber in your state. Select 'Manage my AV call' to see if that option is currently available.
Step 3: Join the Waiting Room (If Available)
At the time of your consult, you can select 'Join your consultation' on your confirmation email bring up the waiting room link. If the Waiting Room is open:

You’ll see the option to ‘Join the Waiting Room’.

Make sure you’re using a device with a working microphone and camera (laptop, smartphone, etc.).

You’ll be prompted to test your audio and video—make sure both are functioning properly.

Once confirmed, you’ll enter the queue to speak with the next available prescriber via secure video call.
Video Consultation Troubleshooting
✅ Camera or Microphone Not Working?

Check that your browser has permission to access your camera and mic.
(Settings > Privacy > Camera & Microphone) -
Restart your device or try using another one.
✅ Can’t Join the Call?

Ensure you're using a strong internet connection.

Use a compatible browser like Google Chrome or Safari.
