Reordering your treatment is now easier than ever! Follow these simple steps:

Go to the ZipHealth homepage and click ‘Account’ in the top right corner.

Log in to the account you used to place the original order (if you aren’t already logged in).
Your most recent order will appear at the top for easy access [Image A].

If this is the treatment you want, simply select ‘Reorder’.

If you want a different treatment, click ‘Order History’ to view all past orders. Scroll through and select ‘Re-order this treatment’ next to the one you want [Image B].

Complete the consultation form once again.

Good news: your previous answers will already be filled in!

Just review and update any information that may have changed since your last order.
After you submit your consultation, a recommended treatment will appear based on your updated answers.

You can adjust the strength, quantity, or set up a recurring order if you like.

If you prefer something else, you can browse all available treatments at the bottom of the page.
Once you’re ready, click ‘Go to Checkout’.

Review your shipping address to make sure everything is correct.

Choose your preferred shipping method.

Finally, review the final details, including pricing, and click ‘Place Order’.
You’ll see a confirmation page once your order has been successfully placed!
