What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments made with any bank-issued VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.
At this time, we are not able to accept prepaid bank cards or gift cards.
Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
We are not able to guarantee support for all HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards.
However, if your HSA or FSA card is issued by a major bank and has a 16-digit number, an expiration date, and a security code—and is a VISA or Mastercard—you can try using it at checkout.
If your payment doesn’t go through, we recommend contacting the card’s issuing bank.
Please note: our support team cannot manually process payments or override card restrictions.
Can I request an HSA reimbursement?
That depends on your HSA provider. Some banks do allow reimbursements for online pharmacy purchases.
We recommend checking with your HSA provider before placing an order to see if they cover this type of expense.
If they do, and they request documentation, our support team can provide what you need.
