Why do I need to submit blood work?
To make sure the medication is safe and appropriate for you, our clinical team may need to review recent blood work. This helps us provide you with the best possible care, especially if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic.
How will I know if blood work is required?
If blood work is needed based on your Health Questionnaire, our Clinical Team will contact you directly. You may hear from us by chat or email with clear instructions on what to do next.
Where can I see the request for blood work?
You can view any requests related to your order in your Account Dashboard at www.ziphealth.co. Just log in and check your order status or messages.
What happens if I don’t submit my blood work?
If we don’t receive the requested blood work within 14 days of your order, your order will be canceled and refunded. You’re welcome to re-order when you're ready and have the required documents available.
