If you miss your appointment, you will receive an email prompting you to reschedule.
You can reschedule your appointment directly through your patient account.
Please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account
- Select 'Account' on the top right-hand side
- Select 'Patient record'
- Select 'Order history'
From there, you will choose 'Manage my AV call'
You will be given two options. Either join the waiting room for an instant appointment (only available Monday-Thursday 9:30a-3:30p EST) or reschedule your appointment for a later time.
