What States Do You Ship To?
ZipHealth ships to most U.S. states, though exact availability depends on the specific medication you are prescribed. To view our up-to-date coverage map, please review our official State Availability Article.
How Are Medications Packaged?
We value your privacy. All ZipHealth medications are shipped in plain, discreet, and unassuming containers to ensure no one knows what is inside but you. We generally utilize a secure, unbranded blue mailing envelope for standard shipments.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
You can update your shipping address only before your order is processed by our pharmacy. Because we work quickly to get your treatment to you, orders are generally processed within 2 hours of placement.
If you notice a mistake in your address, please notify our customer care team immediately by clicking the blue chat box located in the bottom-right corner of any page on our website.
Can I Transfer My Prescription to a Local Pharmacy?
Yes. If you prefer to collect your medication locally, you can request a prescription transfer. However, please keep the following in mind:
Potential Extra Costs: You may be required to pay additional retail dispensing or co-pay fees directly to the receiving pharmacy.
Information Required: To initiate the transfer, our clinical team will need the local pharmacy’s exact name, phone number, and fax number.
If you still have questions or concerns regarding your shipment, additional assistance is available through our support channels.
