How to Receive Treatment From ZipHealth

Getting treatment through ZipHealth involves three steps:

  1. Choose your treatment: Visit the ZipHealth website and select the specific medical condition or preferred treatment option.

  2. Complete an online consultation: Complete a private medical questionnaire so a licensed US prescriber can evaluate treatment safety and suitability. The prescriber may:

    • Approve the prescription if appropriate.

    • Decline the order if the treatment is not clinically suitable.

    • Request additional health details or documentation if needed.

    • Note: Most consultations are reviewed within a few hours, though some clinical reviews may take up to 48 hours. Email notifications are sent automatically upon approval.

  3. Receive discreet delivery: Once approved, the prescription is dispensed and packed in plain, discreet packaging before shipping directly to your delivery address.

Delivery Guidelines and Shipping Details

  • Weekend Shipping: ZipHealth does not typically ship orders on weekends. Orders approved over the weekend are dispatched on the next business day.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Standard and expedited delivery options (such as FedEx Standard Overnight®) are selectable at checkout. Delivery dates vary based on destination and selected carrier service.

How to Track an Order

To check order status and view tracking updates:

  1. Log into your ZipHealth account.

  2. Click Account in the main top-right navigation menu and open the Order history > section.

  3. Locate the specific order card to view:

    • Order Status Timeline: Progress indicators for ORDER RECEIVED, PRESCRIPTION AUTHORISED, MEDICINE DISPENSED, and ORDER DISPATCHED.

    • Order & Shipping Information: Order date, total amount, shipping method (e.g., FedEx Standard Overnight®), delivery reference number, and shipping address.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if I already have an outside prescription? ZipHealth does not accept outside prescriptions. However, you can complete an online consultation to allow a licensed US prescriber to evaluate your health details and issue a new prescription if appropriate.

  • Are ZipHealth medications the same as local pharmacy medications? Yes. All ZipHealth medications are sourced from regulated US pharmacy partners and trusted suppliers that satisfy all federal and state regulatory standards.

  • Is there a limit on medication quantities? Yes. ZipHealth adheres to pharmacy regulations and clinical prescribing guidelines that limit maximum medication quantities, order frequencies, and repeat order approvals. If a "limit reached" notification appears in your account, wait until closer to your current supply end-date before submitting a new order.
