How to receive treatment from ZipHealth
Getting treatment from ZipHealth involves three main steps.
1. Choose your treatment
Visit the ZipHealth website and select:
The health condition you want treatment for
The medication or treatment option you need
ZipHealth offers online treatment options for a range of eligible conditions.
2. Complete an online consultation
After selecting a treatment, you will complete a private online consultation. The online consultation includes medical questions that help a licensed U.S. prescriber determine whether treatment is appropriate and safe for you.
A licensed ZipHealth prescriber will review your consultation answers and may:
Approve treatment if appropriate
Decline treatment if the treatment is not suitable
Request additional information if needed
Many consultations are reviewed within a few hours, although some consultations may take up to 48 hours depending on clinical review requirements. You will receive an email notification once your prescription has been approved.
3. Receive discreet delivery
After prescription approval, your medication is packed in discreet packaging and shipped directly to your address. ZipHealth sends a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Important delivery information
ZipHealth does not usually ship orders on weekends.
ZipHealth orders approved over the weekend are generally shipped on the next business day.
ZipHealth delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier services.
How to track an order
You can track your order through the account area. To check your order status:
Log into your ZipHealth account
Open the Order History section
Select the relevant order to view:

What if I already have a prescription?
ZipHealth does not currently accept outside prescriptions. However, you can still complete an online consultation. A licensed prescriber will review your consultation and may issue a new private prescription if treatment is appropriate.
Are ZipHealth medications the same as medications from a local pharmacy?
Yes. ZipHealth medications are sourced from approved pharmacies and trusted suppliers. ZipHealth medications meet the same regulatory and safety standards required for prescription medications dispensed by local pharmacies in the United States.
Is there a limit to how much medication I can order?
Yes. ZipHealth follows pharmacy regulations and prescribing requirements that may limit:
The quantity of medication you can order
How frequently medications can be prescribed
When repeat orders can be approved
If your ZipHealth account shows a “limit reached” message, you may need to wait before placing another order. ZipHealth recommends placing a new order when you are close to running out of medication rather than after your medication has fully run out.
What if I need help with my order?
ZipHealth customer support is available if you need help with:
ZipHealth online consultations
ZipHealth order status questions
Prescription updates
Delivery issues
ZipHealth account support
If you still need help after reviewing the information above, additional assistance is available.
