Once you are logged in, head over to your Account Dashboard.
Look for the "Order History" or "My Treatments" tab.
Here, you will see a list of your previous orders and active prescriptions.
Step 3: Select "Reorder"
Identify the treatment you would like to refill. If the treatment is eligible for a reorder, you will see a "Reorder" button next to the item.
Click the "Reorder" button.
You may be asked a few brief follow-up questions to ensure your health status hasn't changed since your last order.
Step 4: Confirm Shipping and Payment
Review your delivery address and payment method to ensure everything is up to date.
Note: If you need to change your address or card details, you can do so during the checkout process.
Step 5: Clinical Review & Final Confirmation
Once submitted, a licensed US prescriber will review your reorder request. After confirming all details, your order will be finalized and sent to the pharmacy for dispensing.
Important Notes for Reordering
Prescription Expiration: If your original prescription has expired or if it has been a significant amount of time since your last consultation, you may be required to complete a new health assessment.
Dosage Changes: If you feel your current dosage needs adjustment, we recommend reaching out to our support team or requesting a new consultation to discuss options with a healthcare provider.
