How to Reorder Your ZipHealth Treatment

At ZipHealth, maintaining a treatment plan does not require restarting a full consultation from scratch. If an existing prescription is running low, follow these steps to place a reorder:

  1. Log in to your ZipHealth account:

    • Visit the ZipHealth homepage.

    • Click Account in the top-right corner of the navigation header.

    • Sign in using your registered email address and password.

  2. Navigate to your orders:

    • Once logged in, go to the Account Dashboard.

    • If reordering your most recent treatment (for example, Tadalafil 10mg), click the orange Reorder button displayed inside the top welcome banner ("Welcome back, do you want to reorder...").

    • To view all other previously placed orders, click the Order history > card located on the left side of your account dashboard.

  3. Select the treatment to refill:

    • Locate the specific order card on your Order History page (showing details such as order date, total, delivery method, and reference number).

    • Confirm the order status banner shows ORDER DISPATCHED.

    • Click the orange Re-order this treatment > button located above the blue Track delivery > button on the right side of the card.

  4. Complete the pre-filled consultation:

    • On the Start your consultation screen, review the three-step overview (Answer a few quick health questions, Choose your treatment and confirm your ID, Review and pay for your order).

    • Click the orange Continue → button to launch the questionnaire.

    • Answers from your previous consultation will be pre-filled automatically. Review each response carefully and update any information if your health status, medical history, symptoms, or current medications have changed since your last order.

  5. Customize medication and purchase options:

    • Upon finishing the health questions, preselected strength and quantity options based on your previous prescription will appear on the treatment summary page (for example, Sumatriptan Generic Imigran®).

    • Change Strength: Click the Strength: drop-down menu (for example, selecting 50mg) to adjust dosage strength.

    • Change Quantity: Click the Quantity: drop-down menu (for example, selecting 18 tablets) to modify the total quantity.

    • Select Purchase Type: Under Subscription:, choose your preference by clicking either the Subscribe button (for recurring deliveries such as Every 90 days) or the One-time purchase button.

    • Explore Other Options: If you do not want the suggested medication, click the View all treatments button at the bottom of the screen.

    • Proceed to Checkout: Click the orange Go to checkout → button.

  6. Confirm shipping, payment, and clinical review:

    • Review your delivery address and payment method at checkout to ensure all details are accurate (or update card and address details directly on the checkout screen if needed).

    • Complete payment and submit your order.

    • Once submitted, a licensed US prescriber will review the reorder request. Upon clinical confirmation, the order will be finalized and sent to the pharmacy for dispensing.

Important Notes for Reordering

  • Prescription Expiration: If the original prescription has expired or if a significant amount of time has elapsed since the last consultation, a new health assessment may be required.

  • Dosage Changes: If a dosage adjustment is needed beyond the options available during reorder, request a new consultation to discuss treatment options with a healthcare provider.
