At ZipHealth, we’ve made it simple to continue your treatment plan without having to restart a full consultation from scratch every time.

If your current prescription is running low, follow these easy steps to place a reorder directly from your account dashboard.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Visit the ZipHealth homepage and log in using your registered email address and password.

Step 2: Navigate to Order History

Once you are logged in, head over to your Account Dashboard.

  1. Look for the "Order History" or "My Treatments" tab.

  2. Here, you will see a list of your previous orders and active prescriptions.

Step 3: Select "Reorder"

Identify the treatment you would like to refill. If the treatment is eligible for a reorder, you will see a "Reorder" button next to the item.

  1. Click the "Reorder" button.

  2. You may be asked a few brief follow-up questions to ensure your health status hasn't changed since your last order.

Step 4: Confirm Shipping and Payment

Review your delivery address and payment method to ensure everything is up to date.

  • Note: If you need to change your address or card details, you can do so during the checkout process.

Step 5: Clinical Review & Final Confirmation

Once submitted, a licensed US prescriber will review your reorder request. After confirming all details, your order will be finalized and sent to the pharmacy for dispensing.

Important Notes for Reordering

  • Prescription Expiration: If your original prescription has expired or if it has been a significant amount of time since your last consultation, you may be required to complete a new health assessment.

  • Dosage Changes: If you feel your current dosage needs adjustment, we recommend reaching out to our support team or requesting a new consultation to discuss options with a healthcare provider.

If you still need help after reviewing the information above, additional assistance is available.
