Why do I need to submit blood work?
The ZipHealth Clinical Team may request recent laboratory results to help determine if a treatment is safe for you. Blood work requests are commonly used to:
Review critical health markers: Ensure your body can safely process the medication.
Support safe prescribing: Avoid potential complications based on underlying conditions.
Monitor chronic conditions: Assess diabetes or pre-diabetes management.
Evaluate treatment suitability: Confirm that the requested medication is the best clinical fit for your needs.
Providing these results helps our providers deliver safer and more tailored care recommendations.
How will I be notified?
If blood work is required based on your Health Questionnaire or initial clinical review, the Clinical Team will contact you directly. You will be notified via:
Email notifications: Sent to the address associated with your account.

The request will include specific instructions on which tests are needed, how to upload the documents, and any relevant deadlines.
