What should I do if I miss a dose of Zepbound® (tirzepatide)?
If you miss a dose of Zepbound®, take the missed dose as soon as possible — but only if it is within 4 days (96 hours) of the missed dose.
If more than 4 days have passed since the missed Zepbound® dose, skip the missed dose and take your next Zepbound® dose on your usual scheduled day.
Never take a double dose of Zepbound® to make up for a missed dose.

What should I do if I miss a dose of Wegovy® Injectable (weekly semaglutide injection)?
If you miss a dose of Wegovy® Injectable and there are more than 5 days until your next scheduled dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
If there are fewer than 5 days until your next scheduled Wegovy® Injectable dose, skip the missed dose and take your next dose on your usual scheduled day.
Never take a double dose of Wegovy® Injectable to make up for a missed dose.
If you have missed Wegovy® Injectable doses for 2 or more weeks, contact the ZipHealth Clinical team to discuss restarting your treatment safely.
What should I do if I miss a dose of Foundayo™ (orforglipron)?
If you miss a dose of Foundayo™, take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
If it is almost time for your next scheduled Foundayo™ dose, skip the missed dose and return to your normal dosing schedule.
Do not take two doses of Foundayo™ within 24 hours to make up for a missed dose.
If you miss taking Foundayo™ for 7 or more consecutive days, contact the ZipHealth Clinical team to discuss restarting your treatment safely.
What should I do if I miss a dose of Wegovy® Pill (oral semaglutide)?
If you miss a dose of Wegovy® Pill, skip that day's dose.
Resume your Wegovy® Pill treatment the next day at your regularly scheduled time.
Do not take two Wegovy® Pills at once to make up for a missed dose.

What if I miss several weeks of treatment due to a delay or supply issue?
Missing a few weeks of GLP-1 weight loss treatment because of a delayed order or supply issue does not mean you have lost all progress.
When restarting treatment after a gap of 2 weeks or more:
Go back to your starting dose — do not resume at the dose you were on before the break.
Restarting at the lower dose helps reduce the chance of side effects and gives your body time to readjust to the medication.
