Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major bank-issued credit and debit cards, including:
VISA
Mastercard
American Express
Note: At this time, we are not able to accept prepaid bank cards, electronic benefit cards (EBT), or retail gift cards.
Using HSA or FSA Cards
While we cannot guarantee support for every HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account)card, many are successfully processed if they meet the following criteria:
The card is issued by a major bank.
It features a standard 16-digit number, an expiration date, and a security code (CVV).
It is backed by the VISA or Mastercard network.
If your HSA or FSA card is declined at checkout, we recommend contacting the issuing bank directly. Your bank may have specific restrictions on "online pharmacy" transactions. Please note that our support team cannot manually override card restrictions or process payments that have been declined by your financial institution.
HSA/FSA Reimbursement
If your health account card is not accepted at checkout, you may choose to pay with a standard credit card and seek reimbursement from your provider later.
Verify Coverage: Check with your HSA/FSA provider before placing an order to confirm they cover online pharmacy expenses.
Request Documentation: If your provider requires a formal receipt or invoice for your claim, our support team is happy to assist.
Contact Us: Simply reach out via our support portal to request the necessary documentation for your records.
